How I Can Help You

 Hypnotherapy works by taking you into a relaxed state of increased suggestibility where your critical mind 'takes a break' and we can work directly and deeply with your subconscious to create new beliefs, patterns and habits. Hypnotherapy has been recognised by the British Medical Association and The British Medical Journal.
 
I offer 3 different Modalities of Hypnotherapy: Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT), Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) and Past Life Regression Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy - RTT

RTT is a scientific hybrid therapy which combines the most effective elements of Psychotherapy. Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT.

Smoking Cessation with Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy - CBH

Research comparing many different studies of Hypnotherapy has shown that on average smokers are five times more likely to break the habit with hypnosis than willpower alone. Hypnotherapy in generall is also proven to be more than twice as effective compared with any other method to stop the habit. If you really want to stop smoking, then one or two sessions of hypnotherapy could be all you need. 

 

I work with the best method available for smoking cessation, called CBH. It's proven in research to be the most effective way to stop smoking. The key elements of this approach are:

  • Weaken the Habit (decrease reactivity)

  • Increase Motivation

  • Teach and Rehearse Coping Skills

  • Relapse Prevention​​

Of all psychotherapies, CBT has the strongest success record and consequently is the treatment of choice under the NHS for many conditions. CBT aims to modify thinking and behaviour to bring about positive changes in mood and emotional state. 

Past Life Regression Therapy

Past Life Regression Therapy is a form of Hypnotherapy that is used for accessing and reviewing your oldest memories. With this method, I'll safely guide you back to earlier lifetimes to recover memories, patterns and events that may still influence negatively your life today.

 

The session is structured to deal with residuals from the events of past lives such as migraines, chronic lower back pain, blocked feelings, strong addictions, self-harm, etc. And also includes clearing the energy field of intrusive energy that may be affecting your present life. 

 

The success of this therapy lies in the fact that the original trauma may have occurred in a prior life. Sometimes even repeated in several lifetimes.

 

During a session, we bring the trauma into awareness by going back to the time when the problem first began. When the core reasons are reviewed, experienced and resolved, then complete healing can occur.

I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression Therapist, Reiki Master, bookworm, animal lover and a meditation and yoga, enthusiast.

I discovered a passion for understanding the human mind and behaviour after have suffered for years with depression and lack of self-confidence.

 

After I finishing university, I decided to go on a journey to improve my life, which has led me to live and work in Paris and London. Through training in UK and US with the most amazing teachers, Marisa Peer and Dr Brian Weiss, I became a passionate therapist with a mission to help people make lasting positive changes in their lives, just like I did with mine.
