What Can I Expect from a Session?

The session is done in person and it lasts around 4 hours.

Upon arrival, we will have a chat, get to know each other and go through your online form and discuss what you would like to explore in the session.  At this moment, I can also answer any questions you may have.
 
Next, we start the session. You will make yourself comfortable lying down and I will tell you a cool story where I will invite you to visualize, imagine things like a garden with threes, flowers while guiding you into relaxing the muscles of your body. These two things combined will help you relax your body and your mind. 
Once you are deeply relaxed, I will tell you to go back in time to an appropriate time and place where there is information about you that will contribute to your life now. 
 
In session, the person can go through past memories to be able to understand the root cause, the origin of their concerns and get answers to their questions and the healing of any physical and/or emotional issues.

These memories can be from this current lifetime, a past life, a different dimension, a different planet, etc.

An important part of the session is the communication with the Subconscious (or the Higher Self). The Subconscious is loving, wise, knowledgeable and very helpful, they talk to you every day through your intuition and dreams. During the session we can contact the Subconscious and ask it to give you clarity and guidance on your questions in life. The Subconscious also knows very well the body of the person and can help to understand the connections of the emotions and the physical ailments and heal them. Ultimately it is a lovely experience and many extraordinary things happen and are understood by the client.

Many people find they need only one session. And they can choose to come back for another session after few months.

What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a trance-like-state of heightened concentration and it’s more common than you might think. To understand hypnosis, it's useful to understand your subconscious mind. This is the part of your mind that is the most powerful, containing infinite wisdom and a very deep level of intelligence. It is your unexploited resource for creativity and imagination.
Our subconscious mind is responsible of all our emotions and therefore controls and directs nearly all of our behaviours. Hypnosis is a safe way to access this intelligence and transmit new instructions to create seemingly amazing changes in you, your behaviour and your body.

What Does It Feel Like?

You already know what hypnosis feels like, because you have experienced natural hypnotic states every day of your life, when daydreaming, watching TV and even when driving. These are those pleasant, dreamlike states where we "drift off".
The Safe Intentional Hypnosis we use during your sessions is entering these same natural states deliberately and with awareness. It is a systematic method that allows you to enter these "dreamlike states" and communicate directly with your subconscious.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience!

Do I lose control during Hypnosis/Session?

Debunking The Biggest Myth About Hypnosis:

Contrary to what you might see in movies or during a hypnotist stage act, people DO NOT lose control over their behavior during hypnosis. Hypnosis DOES NOT override free will, so people still retain control over themselves and their bodies.

You remain aware of what you say and do during a session and remember what happens.

What are your hours like?

I offer weekday morning and afternoon appointments and also some Saturdays.

I only do 2 appointments a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Morning Sessions will start at 8am, 9am or 10am and Afternoon Sessions starts at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm depending on the day.
