My name is Naira Nascimento! I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist.

I discovered a passion for understanding the human mind and behaviour after having suffered for years with depression and lack of self-confidence.​

After I finished university, I decided to go on a journey to improve my life, which has led me to live and work in Paris and London. Through training in the UK and US with the most amazing teachers, Marisa Peer and Dr Brian Weiss and Dolores Cannon I became a passionate therapist with a mission to help people make lasting positive changes in their lives, just like I did with mine.
