How the Process Works
1st Step: Free Phone Consultation
we have a free phone consultation where we will discuss the issue you want to treat, answer any questions you may have and arrange a date. Going forward, you will receive an email with a welcome pack so you can prepare for our session. Promise it'll be easy and quick.
2nd Step: The Session
The session usually takes 2 hours and first we discuss your intake form, your background and what you would like from the session. At this moment, I can also answer any questions you may have.
Next, you make yourself comfortable sitting down and I give you a couple of simple exercises which will engage your brain and subconscious mind to help you get into a relaxed state. Depending on the issue you would like to deal with, we use regression to look back at various moments in your life that have resulted in having a certain belief that leads to the fear or habit you currently have. We then reprogramme your mind to see it differently, using hypnotic conditioning.
3rd Step: Your Participation in your Recovery
After the session, you'll receive the receive a personalised recording of your session to listen to every day for 3 weeks to reinforce the therapy. You will also receive an info sheet on some techniques we've used so you can practice at home whenever you want.
